Experience Monuments in Vitoria-Gasteiz was created for the Niantic 8th Wall Challenge, leveraging VPS (Visual Positioning System) for WebAR. This experience brings iconic landmarks across the picturesque city of Vitoria-Gasteiz to life with enchanting animations and playful surprises.

For this project, I explored the city while using VPS to seamlessly integrate AR elements into real-world locations. I placed Wayspots on the Niantic map and activated their VPS through scans submitted via the Wayfarer app, ensuring that each AR element blends naturally with its surroundings.

I carefully selected monuments and sculptures, highlighting their historical significance and aesthetic appeal. Through AR, these landmarks now offer users a delightful, immersive journey, showcasing the creative possibilities of WebAR.
